I would like to thank all of the Birkwood Village staff for their assistance over the past week. They went over and above on several occasions to accommodate my mother, and all of us, while the out-of-state relatives, and in-state relatives, were visiting, etc. Thanks so much!

Birkwood has been there for my family over the past year and a half. The staff and facility has greatly exceeded my expectations. My mom recently passed and they have provided a peaceful place for my family during our time of need. I trust Birkwood and it's staff to take care of my father's health, mind and sole.

Greatly appreciate the care given to my grandparents and the extra mile the staff goes to for each resident. Each staff member knows every resident by name as well as their likes and dislikes. Multiple activities that change daily keep residents from boredom and isolation that can sometimes be experienced at other facilities. The focus put into the wellbeing of each resident is obvious when spending time looking around both inside at artwork and outside in the gardens.
Been here since August 28th, 2023. And it's Excellent Erinn, Kaleigh are Awesome and the rest of the staff are Good. Stacey is Awesome too.
We have been more than happy with the care my mother has received at Birkwood Village of Tama/Toledo. Her apartment is spacious and comfortable, and the staff has been caring and responsive to her needs. I would highly recommend Birkwood to someone who is looking for an assisted living apartment for either themselves or a loved one. We are so thankful to have this option in our community!

Birkwood is a great facility to have in our community. The staff is always very polite and welcoming. Birkwood offers many events to the community such as Easter egg hunts, blood drives, soup suppers, trick-or-treat, coffee on Kaleigh, facials, and many more. The facility is very clean, spacious, and inviting.
