Our tenant, Betty Sheffert, got to check one of her dreams off her bucket list when she rode in a hot air balloon. Thanks to the help of Team FlyinKOAT and their ‘pilot’ Jeremy King, Betty’s dream came true. After the hot air balloon ride, Betty enjoyed breakfast at Crouse Cafe in Indianola, Iowa.
